Fix sed interpolation, restrict NVMe udev rule, and correct udev cp destination

Fix sed pattern to remove both commented and uncommented parameter lines properly. Use shell interpolation in sed to comment out parameter lines correctly. Restrict udev NVMe rule to block devices (nvmeNnP) to avoid missing file errors. Correct cp destination variable and echo message for udev rules application.
