Coupled parameters

It's common to have that one parameter projections always implies other parameter projection, e.g. in MM kinetics v_max = 0 always implies K = v0, independent of actual value of v0. Despite, the projection of K should be discoverable in the next recursive step of TopoFilter, there is no need here to perform model evaluations, or sampling, which is costly.

In this case a symbolic toolbox solution for issue #1 (closed) with added test for existence of remaining params in the RHS of ODEs is a solution. However, in more general setup, one could have mutually coupled params, which do not "disappear" from RHS of ODEs. For instance, if v_max = epsilon, K could be still fixed to the projection value. In those cases an explicit specification of such coupled params is required.
