Single-file mode
The idea is that even if we don't have a jekyll-style site directory structure set up, schtickle should still be able to output a basic web page, given some input file.
This is a natural continuation of #18 (closed). (Use case actually comes from several print jobs I've wanted based on a simple markdown input file.)
