As a Metadata Manager user, I would like to be able to add articles with resolved conflicts to my journal workspace
I have noticed with several accounts that adding articles that triggered a conflict warning at deposit cannot be added to a journal's workspace using the "+ add existing articles" field.
User 'elgar' made a typo when registering four DOIs. They then registered the four correct DOIs using Metadata Manager. The submissions of the deposits threw warning messages, as expected.
Then, eventhough the submissions were successful and the DOIs were registered, Metadata Manager displayed a failed status in the journal's workspace.
So, the member alaised the DOIs with typos to the primary DOIs that they registered above. I thought maybe deleting the articles from the journal workspace and then adding them back using the "+ add existing articles" search box might work, but I tested this theory using the article with the title "From the European Monetary Union to a euro–bancor: a stock–flow consistent assessment" (correct, primary DOI is https://doi.org/10.4337/ejeep.2019.0043 (and alaised DOI is https://doi.org/10.4337/ejeep.2019.00043) and that isn't working either. When I click to add one of the two articles matching that title, nothing happens.
So, how are we, support, supposed to direct Metadata Manager users to add DOIs with resolved conflicts to their workspace?
