This commit updates the deposit workflow and example usage in the DEPOSIT.md file. The deposit request URL has been updated to remove the schema modification from the URL and instead specify it via namespacing in the XML. The Labs API Deposit Proxy now sends the transformed XML to the live Crossref deposit system. The Labs API query URL has also been updated to remove the schema modification from the URL and instead specify it via namespacing in the XML. The example usage has been updated to reflect these changes.
