feat(facultyopinions): refactor a copy of the f1000 agent into a new facultyopinions agent

A copy of the f1000 agent has been refactored into a new faculty opinions agent. For the time being the old agent's code has not been removed but its entry in agents.clj has been replaced by the new agent.
