Please remove my profile and packages

Similar to #147 (closed), I am against lib.rs editorializing in incorrect information.

As I don't regularly set package.author, I ask for all packages with me as an owner but without rust-cli as that is an official Rust Project Working Group and I am not speaking on behalf of the Project.

I would like my published statement to read

epage requested that his profile be unlisted on lib.rs due to the breach of trust of editing project metadata in a misleading way, regardless of the underlying motivations.
