Fix bug where zip imports would get stuck after selecting root

What does this MR do and why?

  • Fix bug where selecting a nested root dir will cause import to hang
  • Fix logic to properly set directories when unzipping nested dir
  • Resolves #676 (closed)

How to set up and validate locally

  1. Setup a zip import
  2. Select a nested root dir
  3. Try to import the server
