Allow middle mouse new tab and ctrl + click new tab

What does this MR do and why?

  • Allow URL parameters of dir to allow specific directory load when tab loads.
  • Allow ctrl + click for opening dir in new tab
  • Allow middle mouse click for opening dir in new tab.
  • Implements #654 (closed)

How to set up and validate locally

  1. Open file browser
  2. ctrl + click on a directory
  3. middle mouse click on directory
