Fix Bedrock Server Builder

What does this MR do and why?

• Utilize self call instead of static call for unzipping bedrock archives. This changed with the snapshot backups moving file helpers to a different directory and stitching it into new parts of the codebase. This was an oversight.

N/A - backend change...not frontend feedback on the error. The server would just endlessly import.
