Fix bug where servers are created without bu dir | Backup Exclusions Bug

What does this MR do and why?

Servers are currently created without setting up a backup directory. This will cause backups to not work very well (i.e. backups failing to delete). This assigns a backup config on server creation.

This will also resolve #315 (closed)
