Fix bug where you cannot select "do not monitor mounts" from config.json

What does this MR do and why?

Fixes bug where you cannot select "do not monitor mounts" from config.json. This would result in a 0 value which our API constraints would throw an error for. This tells JS to treat 0 like an empty list for that particular key.

In config.json select "show no mounts on dash" then press save.
