Add Crafty loading screen. Refactor main.py
What does this MR do and why?
- Add loading status when Crafty starts instead of showing no servers on dashboard. This will also attempt to mitigate db locks on boot.
- Refactor main.py to be more comprehensive.
- Implements #309 (closed)
