Add check for authorized servers on mobile.

What does this MR do and why?

Limit visible servers on status page even when display is in mobile version.

How to set up and validate locally

Make sure you have at least one server that is not supposed to be visible on the status page. Go to mobile view in browser dev tools or on a phone and that server will still pop up. This branch fixes this issue.
