Add autofield to appease linter

What does this MR do and why?

Add ID autofield to management CraftySettings class to appease the linter. Sqlite creates this ID field for us automatically, but it is best practice to have this.

Tested to make sure things are recalled correctly. I'm not making a migration for this since the ID column exists in the table without it.
