Add command to default actions

What does this MR do and why?

Fix task scheduling where a command was not sent to the DB. When this comes through the queue crafty does not recognize it and instead treats it as a normal command instead of a default action. This MR fixes this issue and sends a command to the DB with the scheduled task.
