Retain pathing in execution command on restore.

What does this MR do and why?

When a user has their full path in a server config we should retain that when the path changes on a backup restore. This merge request does this.

How to set up and validate locally

Set up a server where the execution command has the server's absolute path in it. Create a backup Restore the backup. Check the execution command
