What does this MR do and why?

Switch the credits panel from credit schema V1 > V2, which includes the ability to display wither translators are Active or Inactive/Retired

How to set up and validate locally

Online: Spin up an instance of crafty with my branch, navigate to the credits page and review translators.

Offline: Spin up instance of crafty with my branch, block crafty's internet access with firewall of choice, navigate to the credits page and review translators.
