Add version inheretence & config check

What does this MR do and why?

This Merge request will fix the version inheritance from the image whereas previously it would not respect the version and the image and just use the one in the initial config copy when the container was first run,
It will also write a small message about the config changing, this will unfortunately always fire because there will always be a API key and config, which will always cause difference.
I also added some nice colours to the wrapper output
