What does this MR do and why?

Adds a "Stop All Servers" button to the dashboard for superusers. Closes #87 (closed)

How to set up and validate locally

  1. Log in as a superuser
  2. Open the dashboard with one or multiple servers running
  3. Click the "Stop All Servers" button
  4. Acknowledge the confirmation prompt
  5. Wait for all the servers to stop.
