Juci menu inconsistent
This is a quality of life fix, addressing the bug where the app menu "Juci++" either appears inconsistent across desktop environments or completely disappears. This causes the user to lose the ability to access the configuration options.
Eg: On WSL-Ubuntu 22.04, Windows
I have personally witnessed this (but have no record of) on my personal computer running Ubuntu 24.04 on Wayland where my video drivers were messed up. I still could open Juci++, just couldn't see the app menu at all.
