add traefik labels to docker-compose file

also, changed port 80 to 8080 on .env to allows traefik runs on port 80

when using with traefik it is possible to use the following URLs:

• Kansatsu UI: http://kansatsu.cortext.local
• Neo4j Browser: http://kansatsu-db.cortext.local
• Neo4j Bolt DB: kansatsu-bolt.cortext.local:80
