Fix SIM templates

Gerard Funosas requested to merge fix/SIM-templates-spaces into master
  • Commit 1: Improve templates
    • Add upper margin to fit the squared space in the letter envelopes.
    • Add left margin to align with logo
    • Add CRMLead number ID in new mobile lines, as reference

Attatched: 2 sim sending letters, portability and new line Sim_Sending_Letter.pdf

  • Commit 2: Allow printing SIM letter from CRMLeadLine (so far, we had to do it from its CRM Lead)
