Fix Ubication Change wizard

• Commit 1:
  • Get previous_service base on the chosen previous product and add it to CRM Lead line broadband_isp_info to send it to OTRS
  • Update wizard title translation
• Commit 2:
  • Update service supplier translation (is the previous supplier)
  • Move bank_id position within wizard view
• Commit 3:
  • Ensure that once the Ubication Change wizard button is pressed, we arrive to the CRM lead view with the possibility to validate its lead.
  • Add wizard notes to CRMLead description field, so avoid creating a 'notes' field in CRMLead line
  • Update tests '*_data_from_crm_lead_line' checking this "description" field.
