Fix/contract adress change wizzard - part 1

• Commit 1: Small change wizard fixes or view improves
  • Spain as country by default
  • Only show spanish provinces
  • Send "No revisat"/"No Servei" to OTRS with empty (non defined) coverage params
  • "Requested product" instead of "Product

• Commit 2: Add logic from the partner existing contracts
  • Only show previous products and suppliers existing in contracts from partner
  • Show only BA products when requesting the new product
  • Show or hide coverage paramters depending on the supplier of which new product has been selected
  • Add test for these default or computed values

• Add 2 asserts in wizzard tests for those new fields
