Return coop_candidate ResPartner value in the API

Daniel Palomar requested to merge fix/res_partner_api_returns_coop_candidate_boolean into master

We want to allow the coop candidates to sponsor new contracts. We need to send the coop_candidate value in the ResPartner GET response.
