WIP: MAINT: Remove _set_norm_factor, no longer needed

As far as I can tell, the reason that norm factors were needed, was because of an older way of making the clusters. I believe it's no longer needed. (I havn't removed the C++ part which reads them yet, but we can eventually).

Verify that small cells and a repeated supercell yields the exact same CF's.

Also verify that getting CF with the calculator yields the same result as CorrFunction class.
