Add report file path to Secret-detection scans
What does this MR do and why?
In order to properly manage our security artifacts, we need to aggregate these results, and to do so, it would be useful to ensure that the report exists as a security artifact in order to best respond to our customers' requests.
Note: This is already the case for several GitLab security components, see below:
