chore: Rename GITLAB_TOFU_TOKEN to GITLAB_TOFU_MR_PLAN_TOKEN

  • this renames only GITLAB_TOFU_TOKEN for more clarity in regards to usage
  • old variable is still supported as fallback to preserve compatibility for now, probably removed in an upcomming release
