Fix/378 regenerate qr

@bartjkdp Can you, please, review updated version of insights-ui? I have implemented redux and 'linked' it with redux developer tools. I added explanation for developers in the readme file. This updated approach address qrCode bug and facilitates implementation of i18next in the future.
