Add details to directory detail drawer #1074

This MR adds:

• documentation button -if url is set
• specification button that is always disabled*
• public support e-mail address if it is set, or message saying there are no contact details
• Availability and api-type have swapped position

* It's more work to add an URL to the specification, in order to download the raw file
We'll need to solve this in a separate issue
