@bartjkdp can you check this fix for CDN dependencies in Haarlem demo app please?

I have placed libs in the static folder. Defined static folder in server and updated references in the template. However, I had problems with certificates and was not able to properly test all adjustments. I have limited experience with Flask. Please test properly before approving.
