Switch to Gitlab Kubernetes integration commonground/haven/haven#323

We started a project to make our Gitlab runners less special and not depend on a secret being present at a certain path at the runner any more.

This implementation uses the Gitlab Kubernetes integration, configured here to inject the secrets for the specific environment.
