fix optional link

As mentioned in #57 (closed), I found an issue where the creation of a new commento commenter required the Website (Optional) field even if it was marked as optional.

I went ahead and fixed the issue in this PR.

edit: After some trial and error with the <a href link still showing up on the commenter's name, e4ccc684 is it.
