Website (Optional) field for new user should not be required

Upon creating a new user to leave comments, if the field Website (Optional) is left empty, the following message appears:

One or more field(s) empty.

You can test it out yourself by clicking on the Create an account button at : https://commento-test.jy3.io

The version of commento running (https://commento.jy3.io/) was built from source using make prod. Commit: 9fb33fbd
