feat: help system

  • refactor help to display a help topic for each action.

  • removed support for man page and text files

feat: action "set" without key displays configuration

fix: -d without arg uses the current directory

fix: exit if todoDir does not exist or is not a dir

fix: do not load config from current dir if not set via option

fix: set limit in config
