Fix #715 - compatibility with bone broth

This works around an VS bug/limitation by creating "crushed bones". W/o "Bone Broth" you can calcinate both crushed bones and bone meal into bone ash, with Bone Broth only "crushed bones".

Technical background: Items with a conversion temp cannot be used in cooking recipes, so patching in the combustibleProps into bones and bone meal prevents them from beeing used in cooking.
