Appveyor CI: Install preview packages of coala
The test builds of coala-bears are needed to automatically fetch nltk data, and the preview builds of coala are needed to return an exit code if there was an error. This was ommitted from dacebf0f, and not noticed because 0.10 does not fail on ERROR.
