.gitlab-ci.yml: Use openSUSE lua52-luarocks

John Vandenberg requested to merge jayvdb/package_manager:fix-opensuse-luarocks-lua52 into master

Replace 'luarocks' package name with lua52-luarocks as the previous package name has been removed from the package repo devel:languages:lua, and the Lua 5.3 packages are broken.
