rscadd: Armbrace now gives the accuracy and recoil of a two-handed, recoil-compensated SMG in only one hand. Reduces your burst to two shots. Removed the fire delay nerf. However, the armbrace only benefits when it's activated.

Full dissection available on request, but I thought the old armbrace wasn't good. The folding and solid stocks are both good for their own reasons; one of them is not massively worse or massively better than the other. However, the new armbrace is essentially the black sheep among the herd, not really being good for any particular purpose. The others (and a sidearm, if you choose) can replicate exactly what it does, but in a better capacity. Here, I've made some tweaks. The new armbrace essentially replicates having your SMG be two-handed at all times, with a small buff to accuracy. I've left some nerfs in, particularly that it's still really, really bad if you suddenly try to wield it. I've added on that your burst is reduced from 5 shots to 2 shots. Your burst and dual wielding are both still awful unless you're within close range of a xeno, but it is now reasonably potent if you're single firing from a reasonable range. This has the added side effect that most attachments are still Really Bad if you're one-handing them, and trying to slap on a burst fire and a barrel charger means you won't even come close to the broad side of a barn. I've also raised the collapse delay to somewhere around four seconds, quite lengthy and you will probably get murdered trying to flip a barricade with dual wielding.

Balance thoughts absolutely welcome, and I'm absolutely willing to throw on a fire delay of 10 to slow down the single fire a bit.

Edit: Now includes some extra accuracy buffs, and it only works when the armbrace is active.
