tweak: Thrown items are now affected by armor.

tweak: Reduced throwing knife belt's capacity to 12, and the bayonet sheath's to 5. Throwing knives and belts are no longer in vendors, but in the PFC belt selection only.

tweak: Added a cooldown to quick-drawing knives.
