tweak: Gives M41A MK1 the same damage buff as the 88 mod 4.
tweak: Decreases M41A MK1 fire delay for burst and single fire, matching the MK2.
tweak: Increases accuracy for the M41A MK1.
tweak: Adds on MK1 to the M41A MK1's name in game to M41A Pulse Rifle MK1.

Details
Tweaks firerate of the MK1 and gives it a damage buff. This was intended with the original MR, but Vamp changing how the stats looked in the code made me have to redo it all.
