tweak: Acid Runner health increased to 345, from 330.
tweak: Acid Runners can now stack acid off of targets without them needing to be already covered in it. This only applies to humans and enemy Xenomorphs.
tweak: Separate acid stacking values have been given for slashing downed targets. Downed targets will give 8 acid, down from 10, and standing will give you 14, up from 10.

Details
Essentially, this will make it so that Acid Runners gain acid off of their first slash against a target, rather than their second successive slash. This will further incentivize players to leave the hive if they want to build up acid faster.
On another note, stacking acid off of people that are already stunned and can't fight back is way too rewarding for just how little risk and skill is involved. If some people don't want to take any risks, that's fine- Relying on warrior grabs or queen screeches to get acid stacks is still a viable option. It's just not the ONLY option anymore.
Also, Acid Runner health was increased slightly so that 2 PB's from full will only put it into high crit, instead of outright gibbing it. If help is nearby, you can now (usually) be saved. 345 health also puts it exactly at 150% health of that of Base Runner.
