Details

tweak: Increased aimed shot cooldown and delay. Added a cooldown if target goes into cover and the shot fails to connect.

Aimed shot, right now, hits 15 ticks after the initial aiming. This is really, really fast and completely stops any possible pushes if a sniper is aiming in that direction. In addition, it having no cooldown if it didn't actually fire furthers the complete shut-down of a lane as the sniper can just spam middle click and there's not much xenos can do. Even if they do teamwork and one tanks another's shot, the cooldown is so small it barely matters. It's not that it gets kills: It's that it encourages a boring playstyle. Like barricades.

tweak: Increased aimed shot delay for 0.1 seconds for every tile separated from the targret.

Reaching an agreement with Alardun, barricades stopping would have been too much obstruction, and as such it simply increases the time needed to hit them if they're further away.
