rscdel: The Quickfire Adapter has been removed and its benefits integrated into most marine guns.
The way it's supposed to work is by increasing ROF and reducing accuracy, but since accuracy is basically deprecated this actually changes nothing and just makes guns slightly faster, turning it into a 'meta' attachment that prevents putting anything else on and screws you over if you latejoined into an empty attachment vendor. It will also make the naked M41A and M44 useful.
