Testing out merging from production back to development to keep things consistent

Key updates are that it includes:

  • directory file structure
  • first cut at draft of docs and tutorial
  • PAIN: buildlib and proclib
  • PAINputs: just individuals and dwellings so far. The rest to come in future.
  • placeholder (tutorial) outputs from PAINputs to use for PAIN tutorial
  • all required source data for PAINputs for individuals and dwellings
  • a number of README updates

Key missing pieces are:

  • documentation of PAINputs
  • PAINputs code for workplace, school, and community layers
  • PAINputs code for vaccine allocation

Also, there are a number of known issues in the PAIN code and the default inputs that need addressing, and the documentation of tutorials and guidance still needs a bit of work.
