Check container version

Jonatan Hatakeyama Zeidler requested to merge jonnius/clickable:container-version into dev

Checks for version in the docker images. The version number __container_minimum_required__ is meant to be incremented in sync with the image_version in the containers whenever there is a change in Clickable that requires a new image.

Depends on clickable-docker-images!23 (merged)
