Add arm64 support to QMake build template

Jonatan Hatakeyama Zeidler requested to merge jonnius/clickable:f.arm64-qmake into master

This solves #162 (closed) and thus clickable-docker-images#4 (closed).

This contains some hacks, that are necessary due to a hacky symlink in the armhf image. As we don't have proper versioning on the images, we should give people some time to update and only then clean up stuff, to not break people's setups.
