16.04-cross-build: force QBS update

Alberto Mardegan requested to merge mardy/clickable-docker-images:update-qbs into master

This change is not really needed, but I would like to get new cross-images which would include the latest QBS which I've packages in the qbs-on-lts PPA. Feel free to close this MR, if you prefer to manually trigger a rebuild of the images.
