Remove v2 snap checks
I already removed the tests because they were causing failures. Check out the latest few commits to the master branch. I also added automatic deb & pypi publishing (on the master branch). This MR specifically just removes the v2 snap checks. I left all the v1 snap checks for now. They are all intertwined in the click checks, making it difficult to remove.
